Prime Minister of Malaysia Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak visited Singapore from 15 to 16 January 2018 for the 8th Singapore-Malaysia Leaders’ Retreat at the invitation of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

The Prime Ministers attended the Official Opening of Marina One and DUO on 15 January 2018. These are the two mixed development projects developed by M+S Pte Ltd, a Joint Venture between Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited and Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Following the event, PM Lee and Mrs Lee hosted a private dinner for PM Najib and his wife Datin Sri Rosmah Mansor.

The Prime Ministers and their delegations met on 16 January 2018 for bilateral discussions. The Prime Ministers witnessed the signing of the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link Bilateral Agreement by Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure & Minister for Transport Khaw Boon Wan and Malaysian Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan, and held a joint press conference.
