SINGAPORE, 25 February 2020 – Ambassador Barthelmess has worked for the Brazilian diplomatic service for the past 31 years. Prior to being nominated as her country’s Ambassador to Singapore, she was the Director for South America at the Ministry of External Relations. Ambassador Barthelmess has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Literature. She is married with one daughter.
