South Africa’s 25th Freedom Day 26th Apr 2019

THE South Africa High Commission in Singapore celebrated its Freedom Day here on 26th April at the Hilton Ballroom with Singapore being represented by Dr Maliki Osman, Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs..The celebration is a day earlier than usual as Freedom Day falls on 27th April each year to mark the country’s first democratic elections in 1994. Chile Launch Special Events to Mark 40th Anniversary of Diplomatic Ties

CHILE’S Heritage on Tour exhibition is the first in a series of special events commemorating 40 years of diplomatic relations between Chile and Singapore. It showcases a sample of Chile’s designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites was opened on 30th May by the country’s ambassador here, HE James Sinclair.
